Habanero Mango Aioli was first served as a dip for french fries or country potatoes in the Stonewall Kitchen Café in Maine - American Heritage highly recomends a visit if you happen to be in the New England area of the United States. Originally made with Mayonnaise and the very popular Habanero Mango Hot Sauce, the café visitors were so excited that they requested the sauce more and more frequently. Shortly after that, the production of the commercially available aioli began.

The delectable aiolis, sauces, and jellies from Stonewall Kitchen are nominated and awarded year after year by renowned food trade organizations. The SIAL Food Convention which is recognized around the world nominated the Habanero Mango Aioli, for example, in 2012 in the categorie “Trends and Innovations“.
