Chipotle Aioli from Stonewall Kitchen

Chipotle is a jalepeno pepper smoked over mesquite wood, a process that lends chipotle such a great smoky, deep flavor. These delicious chipotles are then blended into an adobo sauce, made of juicy tomatoes and a superbly selected spice blend. To top it all off, the smoky and exquisite combination is added to velvety smooth aioli. Not too spicy but rather with a kick and a distinctive smokiness, this aioli is perfect for Tex-Mex dishes. But we at American Heritage also love it on our sandwiches, as a dip, on our grilled vegetables, as a great finish for meat, or in particular for one of our colleagues, with shrimp.
