Transfer of Personal Data

Your data will be given to the shipping company commissioned for the delivery, to the extent as is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, we pass on your payment data to the bank responsible for the payment.

Payment service provider & credit information

Payment processing with PayPal

When paying with PayPal (Europe), S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, your PayPal balance or the bank data you have deposited with PayPal will be used by PayPal for payment. For this purpose, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the ordering process.

If you want to pay via PayPal with credit card, direct debit or purchase on account, PayPal obtains credit information from external credit agencies such as SCHUFA Holding AG and transmits to the credit agency personal data, including your name, address and e-mail address, your date of birth and information about the bank account. Within the framework of the credit report, PayPal receives information about your expected willingness or ability to pay in the form of scoring values. The scoring value is determined on the basis of a mathematical-statistical procedure from data such as personal and demographic data as well as financial data and payment experience to forecast a probability of default.

The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of credit assessment is Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. It is the legitimate interest of PayPal to check your solvency to protect against payment defaults. You can object to the data processing for the purpose of credit assessment at any time to PayPal. Payment processing via Unzer

If you select purchase on account or payment by credit card via Unzer as payment method, the payment will be processed via Unzer E-Com GmbH. Unzer E-Com GmbH, Vangerowstraße 18, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany, is a Payment Service Provider and is certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). a) Payment by credit card

For payment by credit card via Unzer, your payment data collected during the ordering process will be transmitted to Unzer E-Com GmbH for the purpose of executing the payment. If necessary, the data will be forwarded by Unzer E-Com GmbH to Unzer Luxembourg S.A. 1, Place du Marché, L-6755 Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, for the purpose of payment processing. Unzer Luxembourg S.A. collects the corresponding payments from the card companies.

b) Purchase on account, credit check

Contact form

If you leave us via the contact form requests, the information will be stored in your details from the inquiry form, including the stated contact data, for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions with us. This data will not be shared without your consent.

The processing of the contact form data is entered it, therefore, solely on the basis of your consent (art. 6, Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You may revoke this consent at any time.
