Probably the purest maple syrup in the world comes from Crown Maple in New York - In Madagascar Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup, enticing floral aromas combine with the nutty notes of Dark Color Maple Syrup. The result is a delicate, creamy flavor body with buttery-sweet notes. Madagascar vanilla is considered, along with vanilla from La Réunion and the Comoros, one of the most aromatic vanilla beans in the world. With nearly 30,000 hectares, Madagascar is the world's largest producer of vanilla beans and covers over 80% of the world market. The ideal weather conditions make the vanilla there particularly aromatic and incomparably sweet, for the perfect vanilla flavor to delicious pancakes or even for baking.

Crown Maple produces its incomparably delicious maple syrup at Madava Farms, a 300+ acre site in the picturesque Hudson Valley of New York State. When the land was abandoned for agricultural use after the end of the American Civil War, maple trees grew there in surprisingly large numbers. In 2007, former banker and Crown Maple company founder Robb Turner purchased the site for his wife and himself for vacation purposes. Neighbors then told him there were probably over 20,000 maple trees on the acreage, which immediately motivated Turner to get into maple syrup production. The first batch was produced in 2011 - today, the maple syrup from Madava Farms is considered probably the highest quality in the world.

Crown Maple's maple syrup is produced using a special, patented production technique called reverse osmosis. In this process, around 80% of the water content is removed from the maple sap and impurities are filtered out. Incidentally, whether maple syrup turns out lighter or darker in color depends on the time of harvest: the later it is harvested, the darker the syrup produced after the maple sap is boiled out. Each flavor of Crown Maple has its own characteristic note and is so convincing that the products are now used in numerous New York star restaurants.
