Everything for Everyone! – Bagel Seasoning is the Ultimate Hit

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Hype, hype, hype – Everything Seasoning is an absolute hit in America, and we're also excited about this fantastic blend that, as the name suggests, truly goes well with almost everything. We love this still relatively unknown gem so much that we can't get enough of it, not only as a delicious spice mix but also as aioli and dressing.

The Everything Bagel has a little bit of everything (hence the name). Sesame seeds, garlic, onions, salt – everything that makes your heart beat a little faster at breakfast.

And who invented it? That's unfortunately a mystery. All origin stories agree, though: the combination was a stroke of taste and sustainability genius, as the mix was likely born from leftover toppings from baking other bagels. A blend of all the great variations, which of course would have been far too good to throw away.

What a stroke of luck for all foodies.

And for us, because we are blown away by this fantastic flavor combination. So much so that we have blended it together for you, prepped for baking and perfectly seasoned – moments of delight are guaranteed with:

Sticky Chicken Bites with a "Bit of Everything"

It's as easy as pie:

Cut two chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in a sauce based on soy sauce for about 1 hour (we recommend using one of our delicious teriyaki sauces or the Hawaiian Grille Sauce from Stonewall Kitchen for a fruity twist).

Next, simply coat the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs (no need for egg binding) and deep fry them until they're golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Dab off excess oil. Glaze the pieces with honey and, as a finishing touch, generously sprinkle our Everything Seasoning over them.

And if you prefer it vegan, simply go for tofu instead of chicken and use the purest Maple Syrup in the World by Crown Maple instead of honey.
