Since conventional popcorn kernels have a hard shell that don’t meet the high quality standards American Heritage has for its products, we obtain all of our gourmet popcorn from the Midwest, USA. These popcorn kernels are from traditional seeds that are smaller in size than conventional popcorn varieties and aren’t chemically or genetically enhanced or improved. These kernels are laboriously harvested by hand and imported by American Heritage directly from the USA.

Details

-Store in a cool dry place, at room temperature -Measure 1-3 Tbls oil (Corn, olive, canola or oil of choice) and 1/3 cup popcorn into heavy covered pan. Cover and turn heat to medium. Leave lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. When popping slows, remove from heat. When using other poppers, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
