Slow 'N Sear 2.0 Grill Basket

A round kettle grill can be fired up especially hot using a charcoal basket. The charcoal basket also allows for indirect grilling and barbecuing. American Heritage recommends the Slow ’N Sear 2.0 charcoal basket made by a small American manufacturer specializing in grilling utensils and equipment. The charcoal basket has an additional grate for charcoals, and the stainless steel construction is especially stabile. Because of the heat dispersion by the charcoal basket, part of the grilling surface becomes even hotter and can be used for searing steaks, for example, perfectly.
