Initially, each bite begins with a sweet note of tonic, but is quickly followed by the unmistakable flavor of gin with citrus notes and juniper - perfectly captured in a layer of buttery caramel, thanks to Joe Seph's unique "flavor sequencing."

At Joe Seph's, the corn kernels are popped using only hot air instead of traditional butter. Then the Mushroom Kernels, the extra large and fluffy popcorn pieces, are glazed by hand. Through the unique "flavor sequencing" process, the individual flavors are gradually released in succession when snacking on the popcorn and provide a unique snacking experience thanks to the delicious combination from Joe's kitchen.
