Outdoor Grilling Pizza Dough

The Outdoor Grilling Pizza Dough from Urban Slicer was made to be prepared right on the grill grate or baking sheet and is ready in less than 8 minutes at 250 °C. That’s faster than a pizza delivery service – and tastes a whole lot better too!

Preparation time: 10-15 Minutes (2-4 hours to allow the dough to rise)

Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Acidity regulator: Ascorbic Acid
-#1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water. 2. Mix well until dough is smooth and elastic. 10 minutes kneading by h -or- 8 minutes with stand mixer & dough hook. 3. Form into 2 identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl 2-4 HOURS at room temp. 4. ROLL (on floured surface) dough into two 13" - 14" circles. 5. Slide pizza dough directly on hot grill grates. Cook until top is bubbling. Rotate as needed. 6. Remove from grill, flip crust over and add toppings to grilled side. Place back on grates and continue cooking until melty and bubbly.#
