Tips & Quick Recipes

• Garam Masala can be added during cooking, but it is more flavorful added at the end. The full aroma is at its greatest!
• For grilling or roasting, use 1 Tbsp per lb of meat.
• For grilling, rub into chicken or pork and allow flavors to marinate.
• To add flavor to rice, couscous, stews, soups & gravies; add 2 tsp per cup.
