Tips & Quick Recipes

• Use 2 Tbsp Kansas City Classic Rub + 1 Tbsp olive oil per pound of meat when grilling or roasting
• For a more robust flavor, sprinkle on all sides of meat, then refrigerate for a few hours to let the rub penetrate; then cook
• Mix 2 to 1 with brown sugar and sprinkle on sweet potato wedges — either grill or bake
• Sprinkle on steaks to add a sweet and slightly spicy touch of flavor
• To enhance BBQ sauces, add 2 tsp per cup of sauce.
