Preparation time: 10-15 Minutes, (2-4 Hours to allow the dough to rise)
Oven baking time: approx. 15-20 Minutes at 250 °C

-#Deep Dish1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water. 2. Mix well until dough is smooth and elastic. 10 minutes of kneading by hand -or 8 minutes with stand mixer & dough hook. 3. Form into two identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl for 2-4 HOURS at room temp. 4. Place in lightly oiled baking pan(s). Strech to corners of pan. Let rest 1 HOUR. 5. Cover dough generously with cheese and toppings. (NOT SAUCE) 6. Bake 15 min. Turn and bake another 5-10 min. Remove, slice and add warm sauce to top.#
